💼 About This Role

You'll create a positive, safe classroom environment for black and brown students in Buffalo, NY, executing network-adopted lesson plans with accommodations and modifications. You'll build strong relationships with students and families through home visits and whole school events, driving academic and social-emotional success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute unit and lesson plans with appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, collaborative classroom environment
• Use student data from observations and assessments to inform instruction
• Participate in coaching meetings, planning meetings, and data meetings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid teaching license/certification or active pathway to acquire one
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in Google Documents, Google Sheets, and Excel
