💼 About This Role

You'll own the vision, strategy, and execution of OneFluxx, the internal operating platform that unifies data across enterprise tools. You'll treat internal stakeholders like customers, prioritize with clear business cases, and ship pragmatic solutions that increase company velocity. This is a high-ownership, executive-facing role blending product management, operations strategy, and data leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and communicate the vision for OneFluxx across the company
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for OneFluxx
• Map, connect, and rationalize data sources across departments
• Lead rollout and change management for new systems and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, operations, or data/systems role
• Experience consolidating enterprise tools and data sources into unified platforms
• Working knowledge of data architecture, APIs, integrations, and analytics/BI tooling
• Strong business-case and prioritization skills
