💼 About This Role

You'll shape the security of Airtable's no-code platform as we expand AI and LLM-powered offerings. Your work will safeguard the application layer by building self-service security frameworks and automated controls. You'll partner with product engineering teams to make secure code the default path.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop self-service security frameworks and paved roads for engineering teams
• Focus on automated guardrails and deep-dive design reviews for complex issues
• Partner with teams to review designs and contribute to threat modeling
• Manage external penetration testing and bug bounty programs

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in product security or application security
• Strong background in computer science or related field
• Deep familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
• Hands-on experience securing LLM integrations and identifying prompt injection risks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-tenant isolation and authorization bypasses
• Mentoring other engineers to raise security bar
