You'll own the financial health of autonomous airpower contracts, partnering with program managers and engineers to build bottoms-up forecasts, maintain budget baselines, and drive margin performance. Your work will directly support the delivery of next-generation unmanned aircraft for U.S. and allied air forces. This role offers the opportunity to shape a modern program controls function from the ground up in a fast-moving defense tech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own contract-level EAC/ETC development and variance analysis
- Maintain contract budget baseline in Deltek Cobra
- Partner with PMs and engineers to build bottoms-up forecasts
- Prepare monthly program financial reviews
- Reconcile billings to cost performance and support close deliverables
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in program finance, program controls, or FP&A
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
- Strong Excel modeling skills with large datasets
- U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance
โจ Nice to Have
- DoD/aerospace defense experience on cost-type contracts
- Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts familiarity
- Deltek Cobra or Oracle Fusion/EPM experience
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and CAS environments
