You'll join Chicago Public Media's Development team, ensuring accurate gift processing and data integrity within the CRM. Your work directly supports the organization's philanthropic growth, impacting millions of listeners across WBEZ, the Chicago Sun-Times, and Vocalo.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process all philanthropic gifts and pledges accurately in the CRM
• Maintain donor data accuracy and produce standardized reports
• Manage acknowledgment letter production and tax letter distribution
• Support event gift tracking and registration data workflows

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in development operations or database management
• Excellent writing and communication skills for professional correspondence
• CRM system experience to maintain data integrity
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for complex data organization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Revolution CRM
• Nonprofit fundraising background and donor cultivation understanding
• Familiarity with gift processing workflows
