🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor Canadian regulatory developments in payments and fintech
• Build and enhance AML/CTF compliance programs per FINTRAC
• Oversee regulatory reporting including EFTR and STR filings
• Act as compliance liaison with regulators and banking partners

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in compliance, AML, or risk management
• Strong understanding of payment systems and fintech regulations
• Experience with AML/CTF programs and sanctions regulations
• Ability to manage global cross-functional teams

• Experience in payments, banking, or digital financial services
