💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the early access operating model for ChatGPT for Work, sitting at the intersection of product launch, enterprise readiness, and customer signal. You'll validate new capabilities with customers, generate feedback, and shape launch decisions. This role acts as the connective layer between customers and internal teams in a high-impact AI product area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical DRI for early access features with customers
• Engage enterprise customers to understand workflows and adoption barriers
• Drive scaled testing for product-market fit and quality signals
• Partner with GTM to translate learnings into enablement materials
• Own end-to-end Early Access lifecycle for ChatGPT for Work

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in program management, product operations, or technical operations in B2B SaaS
• Strong AI fluency and active use of AI-driven workflows
• Ability to serve as technical DRI in customer-facing settings
• Experience designing and operating structured early access programs
