💼 About This Role

You'll work on core payment products (P2P transfers, bill payments) for a new bank in Colombia, sitting at the intersection of business, product, and technology. You'll translate partner integration requirements into clear user stories and collaborate with engineering to drive product launches. This role offers direct impact on end-user experience in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with external partners to launch payment integrations
• Analyze API documentation and translate into business requirements
• Gather and document requirements as BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and drive product improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or payments
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (APIs, integration flows)
• Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements (BRDs, user stories)
• Strong product thinking and understanding of user journeys and UX flows
