You'll drive paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to fuel global growth. You'll own campaign performance and leverage AI-driven optimization to deliver high-impact results.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Launch and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Propose and execute structured A/B tests on hooks, copy, and creatives
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics (CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and deliver weekly performance insights

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and campaign structures
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics and AI-driven tools
  • Relentless approach to testing and experimentation across creatives and audiences
