You'll build a world-class hiring engine at a neocloud AI infrastructure startup. You'll own the end-to-end candidate experience and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones. This role offers the chance to scale recruiting operations during a critical growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and functions
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve scheduling efficiency
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Ashby)

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination or similar operational experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem)

• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime)
