You'll manage end-to-end implementations of OpenGov's ERP solutions for local and state governments. Your core impact is ensuring customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of our AI-driven public service platform. This role offers the chance to shape delivery operations and collaborate across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Act as primary technical point of contact for customer deployments
• Guide government officials through implementation and training
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years working in public sector (Procurement, Budgeting, etc.)
• 2+ years software implementation consulting experience
• Experience analyzing and reporting financial or large data
• Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables)

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of governmental processes across multiple states
• Experience training customers on software solutions
• Ability to provide phone support and build customer relationships
