💼 About This Role

You'll support apartment turnover at University House Midtown in Atlanta, performing maintenance, inspections, and light housekeeping to ensure a seamless move-in/out experience. This role offers immediate hiring and a chance to work with The Scion Group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting, drywall repairs, and replacing lights
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean
• Provide general administrative assistance in the office

📋 Requirements

• All-in attitude and eagerness to help in various capacities
• Good communication skills and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
• Must be 18 years or older
