💼 About This Role
You'll own the post-sale success of a dedicated portfolio of primary care provider accounts, serving as a strategic partner from implementation to renewal. Your work will ensure customers are fluent in value-based care programs and adept with our technology, directly empowering physicians to deliver better patient outcomes.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of ~115 accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption
- Lead customer engagements including quarterly business reviews and workshops
- Develop scaled engagement methods via campaigns, newsletters, and proactive touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver insights that optimize provider performance
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years in a provider-facing role like Customer Success or Enterprise Relationship Management
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering presentations to clinical staff and executive leadership
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and create an exceptional customer experience
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience at an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) or healthcare technology company
- Direct experience supporting primary care providers
- Proficiency in CRM analytics (especially HubSpot) and internal dashboards

- 💰 Base Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
