Description

You will specialize in the start-up and service of HVAC equipment, including chillers, rooftop units, and cooling towers, for applications in air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management. You'll troubleshoot, install, diagnose, and repair systems while serving the South Florida area.

Requirements

• Understanding of refrigeration cycle and components including chillers, rooftop units, AHU, cooling towers, pumps
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with chillers
• Experience with 3-phase 460 volts
• Experience with building automation and equipment controls
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration and electrical systems and interpret wiring diagrams
• Intermediate computer use: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• EPA Certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
