Description

In this role, you will empower business users with data and visualizations to drive informed decisions, analyze Finance operational performance, and improve strategy. You will lead the analytics lifecycle from consultation to delivery of impactful dashboards and data sets, operating on PST hours (5pm-2am IST).

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar role supporting Finance teams
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including advanced calculations and performance optimization
• Strong experience in building and optimizing data sets for Tableau
• Solid experience with data integration tools, preferably Fivetran

Responsibilities

• Align analytics initiatives with key business objectives and contribute to data-driven strategies
• Partner with business users to identify analytical requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Design robust data models and datasets optimized for visualization and analysis
• Create intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports that communicate key insights
• Use Fivetran and/or Python to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
