You'll lead investment consulting engagements focused on portfolio construction and risk management for a diverse advisor network, analyzing portfolios to identify structural risks and translating insights into actionable guidance. Your core impact is strengthening investment discipline across advisors through one-on-one consulting and collaboration with internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead one-on-one investment consulting engagements on portfolio construction and risk management.
• Analyze advisor portfolios to identify structural weaknesses like concentration risk and style drift.
• Translate complex portfolio diagnostics into clear, advisor-specific recommendations.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with internal wholesaler teams.
• Support occasional branch visits and industry events.

📋 Requirements

• CFA, CIM, or equivalent advanced investment designation strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in investment consulting or portfolio analytics.
• Strong understanding of modern portfolio theory and asset allocation.
• Proven ability to translate portfolio data into actionable insights.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

• CAIA, CIMA, or FRM considered strong assets.
• Experience with Morningstar, YCharts, or similar platforms.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
