Description

In this role, you will manage a mid-market book of business in the hospitality sector, focusing on customer retention and expansion. You'll proactively drive value realization, build multi-threaded relationships, and identify upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and Relay's product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in hospitality
  • Ability to interpret health metrics and connect trends to customer behavior
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Product knowledge and ability to frame opportunities in terms of customer outcomes
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own net-revenue growth for mid-market portfolio, including retention and site-level expansion
  • Proactively manage accounts using data to assess performance and prioritize efforts
  • Build intentional stakeholder relationships across departments and functions
  • Conduct discovery to uncover business problems Relay can solve beyond current usage
  • Serve as Voice of the Customer internally, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales
