You'll join Toast's sales team to help restaurants thrive using a consultative sales approach. You'll build relationships and sign up new restaurateurs in your local territory. This field role offers uncapped commissions and a strong focus on community impact.
π― What You'll Do
- Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage the full sales cycle
- Conduct demos and develop a solution for prospect needs
- Partner with internal teams to ensure delivery meets sales expectations
- Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities
π Requirements
- 1+ years in a sourcing or closing sales role or restaurant operations
- Reliable transportation for field visits (must live in territory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with negotiation ability
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
