You'll provide front desk and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, contributing to [solidcore]'s success by generating sales and delivering a positive client experience with professionalism and patience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients warmly and use their names
• Schedule, cancel, and rebook classes
• Maintain product knowledge and process purchases
• Assist with daily studio operations and cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• High school education, some college preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends

• 1 year sales experience
• MBO experience
