You will provide technical support and expertise to customer accounts, driving optimization and adoption of clinical communication solutions. You'll manage escalated issues, oversee complex configurations, and collaborate with teams to enhance product use, directly impacting patient care outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience supporting SaaS customers or troubleshooting technical workflows.
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to apply solutions in complex environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Healthcare or clinical workflow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical day-to-day technical support to operational contacts.
  • Understand clinical workflows and apply PerfectServe solutions to improve them.
  • Partner with customers to enhance adoption and optimize configurations.
  • Manage, resolve, and document complex escalated requests and configuration changes.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for business reviews using custom reporting tools.
