💼 About This Role

You'll join EliseAI's Finance team to build and analyze large datasets, driving data-driven decisions across the company. You'll own core data infrastructure and produce insights that inform executive decisions. Your work will directly support scaling as we grow with a recent $250M Series E.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Finance datasets and reporting in Hex
• Own governance of core metrics and ensure data consistency
• Automate Finance deliverables to support scaling
• Partner with Data Engineers to strengthen data pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years industry experience in an analytics-focused role
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with dashboarding/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Hex)

• Basic understanding of experimental design (e.g., A/B experiments)
