Description

As an Account Executive, you will manage client renewals, conduct policy reviews, negotiate with underwriters, and build long-term partnerships. You'll support new business efforts and coach team members, all while ensuring clients' insurance programs align with their risk management goals.

Requirements

• Insurance or related industry experience
• Strategic thinking based on client priorities and market cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Property Casualty insurance license within 30-90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal policy review and program design for existing accounts
• Develop marketing strategies, review submissions, and negotiate with underwriters
• Maintain client relationships and understand their business operations and needs
• Support new business acquisition and set up new accounts
• Coach internal team and manage client partnerships
