Description

You'll convert warm inbound leads of tradie customers into subscription sales in a phone-based environment. Hit activity and revenue targets, engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and promote the platform, and manage inquiries and objections while entering details into Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in high-volume phone-based sales
• Energy, optimism, a can-do mindset with sales and negotiation skills
• Thrive in fast-paced environment and enjoy hitting targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working Holiday Visa 417 holders with relevant experience encouraged

Responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound tradie enquiries into subscription sales
• Hit activity and revenue targets by closing sales and signing tradies up to the platform
• Engage with tradie customers over the phone, learn about their businesses and pain points
• Manage inquiries and objections
• Enter customer details into Salesforce CRM
