Description

You will lead production for a key pod within the Star Trek Fleet Command team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile game features. Your focus will be on agile methodologies, backlog management, and ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game production experience on mobile, casual, or social titles
• Proven track record managing end-to-end production for games or major features
• Live operations experience for large-scale games is desirable
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end scrum implementation and backlog management
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production for a critical pod within the product team
• Implement and adapt agile/scrum methodologies to ensure flexibility and efficiency
• Manage project schedules, backlogs, and align deliverables with overarching goals
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into actionable timelines
