💼 About This Role

You will support a capacitor manufacturing facility by ensuring all building systems operate reliably. Your work will reduce downtime and improve safety across the plant. This role offers hands-on experience in a cutting-edge fusion energy startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct routine inspections on plumbing and electrical systems
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and fixtures
• Complete daily maintenance requests via work order system
• Assist outside contractors for specialized repairs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of building maintenance experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and NEMA safety regulations
