Description

In this role, you will process invoices, reconcile purchasing card transactions, and support financial data projects. You'll ensure compliance with company policies and help prevent fraud, while collaborating with a global finance team.

Requirements

• 3+ years AP, accounting operations, or financial data processing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience processing multi-currency invoices and coding to complex GL strings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices in Deltek Costpoint and Medius
• Reconcile Purchasing Card transactions and statements
• Maintain and update vendor records and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities for AP and P-Card
• Assist with financial data analysis and reporting
