💼 About This Role

You'll own the governance and execution of all customer and member-facing communications for the COPs organization. You'll lead award submissions and RFP content development, crafting narratives that showcase the value and impact of our operational ecosystems. This highly visible role combines strategic thinking with sharp storytelling to influence how our work is understood across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage customer communications governance model including calendars and approvals.
  • Draft, refine, and quality-check all customer-facing communications.
  • Own external positioning for RFPs, awards, and industry submissions.
  • Maintain customer communication repositories, templates, and best practices.

📋 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in customer communications, content strategy, or operations.
  • Exceptional writing and narrative development skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Catalyst/Gainsight, or Loopio.
