Description

You will provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them regain independence through rehabilitative care. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts

Responsibilities

• Make visits to clients in their homes
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (e.g., mobility, balance, strength)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Educate and instruct clients and family members in rehabilitative care
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
