💼 About This Role

You'll join Perforce's support team to help customers solve system, application, and infrastructure problems. You'll work with DevOps teams and contribute to automation trends. This role offers exposure to Puppet Enterprise and open-source communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot system, application, and infrastructure issues for customers.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Provide solutions for software automation and DevOps challenges.
• Support Puppet Enterprise and open-source Puppet users.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration.
• Advanced understanding of software automation and DevOps systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux troubleshooting and administration.
• Ability to work in hybrid model (3 days/week in Pune office).

✨ Nice to Have

• Programming skills in Ruby, Python, Perl, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with Puppet Enterprise or Puppet Open Source (v4+).
• Windows systems administration including PowerShell.
