Description

You will design, implement, and sustain integrated manufacturing systems connecting operational technology with enterprise platforms, focusing on Ignition SCADA, Siemens Teamcenter PLM, and SAP S/4HANA. This role is critical to improving manufacturing performance, data flow, and system reliability at Archer, a sustainable air mobility company.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with SCADA/HMI systems, PLM tools, and ERP integrations
• Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition platform (Vision, Perspective, SQL Bridge)
• Proficiency in OPC-UA connectivity and database integrations within Ignition
• Experience customizing Siemens Teamcenter and managing product data workflows
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated manufacturing systems connecting shop-floor to enterprise systems
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate MES with business applications
• Develop and maintain SCADA/HMI applications using Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform
• Configure and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM for manufacturing requirements
• Design and implement integrations between manufacturing systems and SAP S/4HANA
