📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in product-tech teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Ability to build simple AI agents without deep ML engineering.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Background as an agile coach with development experience.
• Previous role as a senior Product Ops or Product Manager.
• Experience in consultancy or client-facing roles.
