You'll manage client engagement and push creative limits for a variety of corporate office, healthcare, retail, industrial, and multifamily projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design development and project presentation materials
• Prepare design documentation and coordinate production staff
• Manage project workplans and ensure financial success
• Coordinate implementation, shop drawings, and project close-out

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of environmental graphic design experience
• Expertise in Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD Tools)
• Experience with concept through construction administration phases
• Familiarity with fabrication, installation, and materials

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other 3D modeling
• Hand sketching ability
• Experience working in the built environment
