Description

You will join the AMER Deal Desk team under finance, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales, Legal, and other teams to optimize pricing and deal structures. You'll drive scalable contracting policies, monitor deal metrics, and lead system upgrades to support Asana's growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience, including deal desk or revenue-focused roles in tech/high-growth
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating software agreements, evaluating discounting requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication, able to present to senior executives
  • Proficient with CRM, CPQ, CLM systems, ad-hoc reports and financial models
  • Knowledgeable in SaaS business models, pricing strategies, revenue recognition

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to Sales, Legal, Finance, and other teams on pricing and deal structures
  • Drive creation and rollout of scalable contracting policies and processes
  • Foster culture of continuous improvement and data-centric approach
  • Monitor and evaluate deal metrics to uncover insights and optimization areas
  • Lead planning and implementation of system upgrades for Deal Desk operations
