💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, driving adoption and value for the Close Management solution. You'll build long-term relationships and collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer retention and expansion. This role offers remote work within the Bay Area or San Diego.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and consult on best practices.
• Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and account optimization.
• Collaborate with internal partners including Account Management and Sales.
• Lead virtual and in-person executive client meetings to expand footprint.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, or customer success.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong accounting fundamentals across close, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience with enterprise clients.
• CPA or related professional accounting certification.
• Experience with FloQast or other close management tools.
