Description

You will join the Supply Chain Operations team to manage the weekly cycle of purchasing ingredients for HelloFresh meal kits, overseeing end-to-end ordering processes from delivery scheduling to shortage management. Your goal is to hit OTIFIQ targets while reducing error rates and food waste, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable supply chain.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced logistics or procurement environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new processes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to managing complex ordering schedules
• Ability to anticipate potential issues and react effectively to unexpected supply chain challenges
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchase orders for the European Conventional Cluster, ensuring all ingredients meet delivery timelines and quality standards
• Serve as the primary link between suppliers and production teams to coordinate day-to-day operational matters
• Build and maintain collaborative, long-term partnerships with supplier base
• Identify and implement practical improvements to refine supply chain workflows and increase efficiency
• Monitor order flows closely to maintain high service levels and minimize discrepancies in the supply chain
