💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Terrarium to validate high-conviction healthcare theses, from problem discovery to a backable plan. You'll run rapid experiments, ship an MVP, and secure enterprise pilots. This role offers pre-seed capital and co-founder matching to build an elite early team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead zero-to-one company creation from problem discovery to backable plan
• Run rapid experiments validating customer pain and willingness to pay
• Translate insights into product spec and ship an MVP
• Engage provider and payer partners to secure pilots and LOIs

📋 Requirements

• 6 to 12+ years in startups, product, engineering, operations, or new business building
• Evidence of shipped product, launched services, or scaled programs driving revenue
• Strength in product management, full-stack engineering, B2B SaaS GTM, or healthcare operations
• Customer research fluency and a metrics mindset
