💼 About This Role

You'll support and optimize manufacturing execution and automation systems in a high-volume discrete manufacturing environment, ensuring real-time shop-floor execution and seamless ERP-MES-PLC integration. Your work directly impacts production reliability under strict uptime and quality requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support MES–PLC integrations during system launches and production constraints
• Configure, establish, and maintain MES-to-PLC communications
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and industrial network issues affecting MES execution
• Document MES-related PLC changes and communicate updates timely

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens PLC and HMI systems
• Strong PLC and HMI troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
