You'll manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs at One Medical, a primary care practice transforming healthcare with seamless in-office and virtual care. You'll make a direct impact on patient outcomes through acute, chronic, and well visits. This role is part of Amazon's healthcare mission, offering collaborative team huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds
• Perform in-office procedures as trained

📋 Requirements

• FNP or PA national certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+)
• State license in North Carolina by start date

• 1 year urgent care experience with all ages
• Completion of primary care fellowship
