💼 About This Role

You'll support Acadian's investment consultant engagement efforts, coordinating materials and communications for consultant meetings. You'll act as a trusted contact for external consultants and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and follow-ups. This role offers exposure to data-driven investing at a global firm with a collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate and prepare materials for consultant meetings
• Manage cash flows and maintain CRM system data
• Respond to consultant inquiries and manage RFP/RFI/DDQ processes
• Provide ongoing maintenance to third-party consultant databases

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of financial industry experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through
