You'll drive AI-powered process intelligence solutions for strategic healthcare and life sciences customers, using Celonis' platform. You'll translate customer objectives into value assessments and secure long-term partnerships. This role blends deep industry expertise with cutting-edge AI from Microsoft and OpenAI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks
• Facilitate value workshops and present to C-level executives
• Drive end-to-end customer value journey including adoption and expansion

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years experience in analytical customer-facing role (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting)
• Knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with process improvement and value realization
• Project management experience with multiple projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on Process Mining tools experience
• Hands-on SQL and Python experience
• Domain knowledge in Supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, Manufacturing
