You'll take ownership of supplier development and quality management across our supplier network, collaborating with senior leaders. You'll drive strategic supplier partnerships and ensure technical success of the supply chain through capability assessments and process improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop supplier capabilities through technical assessments
• Lead supplier qualification for quality and delivery
• Facilitate communication of technical requirements between teams
• Drive supplier DFM reviews and tolerance analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in supplier development or quality
• BS degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for mechanical/electrical components
• Skilled in tolerance stack-ups, SPC, and statistical analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in power semiconductor or PCBA manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with ERP and PLM tools
