You'll serve as a key partner on Notion's Business Operations team, working with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders. You'll independently identify high-impact opportunities, define problems, and drive execution. You'll use AI tools to build scalable systems that multiply your impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Surface and prioritize strategic opportunities and own them end-to-end.
• Work cross-functionally to define and implement strategy across products.
• Structure ambiguous strategic problems and build business cases.
• Define and manage key drivers of business performance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of strategy experience with 5+ years in management consulting or investment banking.
• Highly structured mindset with focus on driving outcomes and data-driven insights.
• Excellent financial modeling skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Notion AI, Claude, or Codex.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior strategy and operations experience in B2B SaaS.
• Prior people management experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
