Description

You will own systems tooling for Asana's GTM teams, triaging requests, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating enhancements in Salesforce and related platforms, working in a hybrid schedule from the Warsaw office.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting enterprise business systems
• Ability to understand Salesforce logic Flows/Apex code
• Salesforce Administrator experience or certification
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud or similar
• Understanding of Agile Methodology practices

Responsibilities

• Own systems tooling for business teams including Sales, Partnerships, Renewals, etc.
• Triage and prioritize 'Run the Business' requests
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, write SOQL/SOSL queries, perform data loads
• Implement permission and configuration changes in Salesforce
• Run grooming sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
