- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets

- At least 3 years experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
- Significant enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience
- Track record of closing large, complex deals across Fortune 500 verticals
- Experience with sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC) and forecasting
