Description

You will lead and oversee contractor performance for the Naval Postgraduate School Extended Campus Support Services Task Order, serving as the primary interface between the Government COR and contractor workforce to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years program management experience in comparable environment
• BA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or related business discipline
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
• Must be empowered to make operational decisions
• Cannot concurrently serve in any other contractor role under this contract

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management and oversight for all contractor activities
• Serve as primary point of contact for Government COR and contractor staff
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of contract requirements
• Manage staffing, performance, and resource allocation
• Oversee quality assurance and risk management processes
