Description

You will lead the evolution of Bandwidth's Programmable Voice APIs, driving product vision, roadmap, and execution for APIs that enable call control, conferencing, and real-time communications. You'll define strategy, gather customer insights, and work closely with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable features that power next-generation voice applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in APIs, communications, or SaaS platforms
• Experience with web service APIs (REST, webhooks, event-driven architectures)
• Familiarity with real-time communications systems
• Working knowledge of telecom technologies: SIP, VoIP networking concepts
• Strong business case development skills including financial modeling and pricing

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for Programmable Voice APIs aligned with company strategy and market opportunities
• Build business cases for new features including ROI, cost modeling, and pricing strategy
• Gather insights through customer interviews, usage data, and support trends to translate pain points into product requirements
• Work closely with engineering to design scalable and reliable API architectures
• Define success metrics such as adoption, latency, reliability, and revenue impact
