🎯 What You'll Do

• Run full recruitment lifecycle for UK and South Africa roles
• Manage cohort and high-volume hiring for educator and internal roles
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy
• Proactively source and maintain candidate pipelines
• Own Glassdoor presence and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Experience in fast-moving, high-volume recruitment environments
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions
• Proven track record in full talent lifecycle management
• Strong skills in sourcing and pipeline management
