Description
You will lead Chime's partnership strategy across sports, music, and entertainment, sourcing and closing high-impact deals to drive brand relevance and customer acquisition. This hands-on role reports to the VP of Brand Creative and collaborates with Growth, Product Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
Requirements
- 12+ years in strategic partnerships, branded entertainment, or cultural marketing
- Track record of landing high-profile partnerships driving brand relevance and audience growth
- Deep understanding of modern brand presence in sports and entertainment
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex sponsorship or talent agreements
- Established relationships across leagues, agencies, talent representation, and media platforms
Responsibilities
- Define and scale Chime's presence across sports, music, and entertainment
- Identify, structure, and close high-impact partnerships with creators, leagues, athletes, and platforms
- Build a strategic roadmap for cultural moments and long-term brand platforms
- Develop breakthrough activation ideas in partnership with Brand Creative teams
- Establish measurement systems for brand lift, engagement, and acquisition impact
