Description

You will service, maintain, and repair generators and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites in the Rochester, NY area. This entry-level role offers industry-leading training and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced, essential industry.

Requirements

• 1+ year generator or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted) preferred
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification preferred; EGSA a plus
• Knowledge of FCC, FAA, EPA, OSHA standards
• Valid driver's license for at least a year with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair generators and HVAC systems at telecom sites
• Maintain commercial package cooling systems for telecom equipment shelters
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks
• Conduct generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance
• Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports
