Description

You will shape and build a suite of products that help businesses model and operate more efficiently, working closely with engineering and cross-functional partners to design technical architecture and drive the Revenue and Finance Automation vision in India.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of engineering experience or equivalent
• Proven experience leading company-wide initiatives or influencing tech roadmap
• Great product taste and track record of solving complex problems
• Ability to work cross-functionally and make hard decisions
• Experience mentoring and investing in engineer development

Responsibilities

• Manage technical leadership, execution, and roadmap for Revenue and Finance automation suite
• Design and implement critical platforms for interoperability across RFA suite
• Partner with engineering, product, and design leadership to define product strategy
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes for effective execution
• Mentor and support growth of engineers at different levels
